The World Affairs Council presents art, artistic food, and music at the 2017 Taste Addison on May 20 – 21! At 1pm on Saturday, May 20 on the Cooking Stage, Sean Hwang, Head Sushi Chef for Addison’s RA Sushi Bar Restaurant, will demonstrate his culinary skills by crafting delicious bites of exquisite sushi for his audience. Also, the World Affairs Council, in partnership with the Japan-America Society of Dallas/Fort Worth, will bring ongoing displays of origami and its lesser-known artistic cousin kirigami to  Taste Addison’s arts and crafts area on Sunday. The Council and the Society will also present the Dallas Kiyari Daiko ensemble performing on traditional Japanese drums at 2pm on Sunday, May 21 on the Bowl Stage.
